The principle of operation is that the pressure of the sound vibrations of the voice acts on the thin membrane of the microphone and this excites electric vibrations. The quality of the microphone depends on the quality of the connection, and BlackBerry traditionally provides users with high-quality quality.

In the event that your subscriber does not hear you, or observes communication breaks even at a high signal level, the microphone probably needs to be replaced. The main damaging factor of the microphone is moisture. This component is not easily replaced because of its miniature size.
